We are proud to inform you that during this year and despite the difficulties in the supply chain around the world we have been able to fulfill our promises to deliver our orders on time. A satisfaction rate of delivery till now is 94.7%, an achievement that consolidates our relationship with you.
To continue giving the best service, we want to inform you in advance that we will be working at a minimum of effective between December 24 and January 5, so the orders that will be made on these days may be affected by the processing time (currently we are 1.4 days) and the delivery time that depends on the transport companies (it is usually affected on these dates).
